The Alexander Technique - This site is a service of Robert and Anne Rickover. Robert is a teacher of the Alexander Technique in Lincoln, Nebraska. He also teaches regularly in Toronto, Canada. He is the Director of Alexander Technique Workshops - and is on the faculty of the Annual Barstow Alexander Technique Institute and the annual Nebraska Wesleyan University High School Solo Singer Workshop.
